Mats University Selling Fake Degree

As per report published in The Dainik Bhasker, Mats University is selling Fake Degrees. Selling fake degree matter came to light when Congress leader Sanjeev filed a complaint against Mats University. Acting on tip of Congress MLA Dr.Vinay Jaiswal talked to Mats University officials on phone and asked for DCA Course Certificate. Mats University official agreed to send degree after receiving money that too in the back date of 2012.

After taking money, Mats University released DCA Degree to sitting MLA Dr.Vinay Jaiswal with his photograph affixed on the degree. No admission, no examination, Mats sold fake degree to MLA.

As per the report published in the Dainik Bhasker, Congress leader Sanjeev filed a written complaint to both UGC and Higher Education Department. Unfortunately, no steps have been taken against Mats University.

After 1 year of his complaint, Sanjeev Agrawal approached Chhattisgarh High Court and requested CBI inquiry into selling of fake degree by Mats. High Court took it seriously and asked the Higher Education Department to file its reply on 28th June-2022.
