PM Narendra Modi, on occasion of Ambedkar Jayanti, launched a Health & Wellness Centre to mark the launch of his ambitious Health Assurance Programme-Ayushman Bharat, at Jangla Development Hub in Bijapur district of Chhattisgarh.

PM also launched Van Dhan Yojana wich aims at empowering tribal communities.

PM Narendra Modi appreciated Chhattisgarh CM Dr.Raman Singh for his developmental work in the state for the last 14 years, especially in naxalite infested areas like Sukma, Dantewada, Bijapur and Bastar.
