Raipur: Governor Mr. Balramji Das Tandon today greeted the citizens of the nation, the State and the gallant Indian Armed Forces on the auspicious occasion of ‘Vijay Diwas’. Governor paid homage to the valiant soldiers of the Armed Forces who liberated Bangladesh in 1971. The gallant uniformed officers displayed gallantry, sacrificed their precious lives to record historic victory on the war front.
