Raipur: Chief Minister Dr. Raman Singh will leave for Bilaspur on 16th December. As per scheduled programme Dr. Raman Singh will leave the capital at 1: 30 pm by helicopter and reach Bilaspur at 2: 00 pm. He was participate in Sendri-based Saraswati Shishu Mandir boarding School’s regional Girls’ camp. He will return to Raipur 3: 30 pm
